Hello! My name is Katie Hartigan, I am the newest Behavior Facilitator here at Terry Redlin!
I have a bachelor's degree in social science from USF. I have worked in the SFSD since 2015 for Kids Inc and as an EA but have been working with preschool/elementary aged children since 2009.
Outside of the school day, I am a mother to an 8-year-old named Kalauni. I also coach basketball (my first true love) and teach life skills to kids. In my very little spare time, you'll find me hiking, hyper-focused on a book, or trying out a new craft -currently punch needle. Kalauni and I also love to take ADVENTURES! Sometimes those are traveling, other times we make our own in Sioux Falls or at home.
I love getting to know everyone at Terry Redlin, we have the BEST school community and I'm so thankful Miss G. encouraged me to join the Eagles Nest!! 🙂
